and these are the rental requirements for all of my homes: 



I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and the owner of the home(s) listed.  I only handle my own properties.

Requirements for renting are:  at least one year on current job, at least three times the rent with good credit and score 700 or more, at least one year of good rental history, no criminal record last ten years, no Pit Bulls or bully type or aggressive animals, small dogs only, no cats.  Background check will be conducted.  No application fee, applications provided at time of showing, showings by appointment.
